We retry your missed sales opportunities
Performance-based pricing · Now accepting pilots
Same store. Same reps. Here's what changes.
Before Retrier
- Reps pitch 3 of the 8 offers. Protection, a second line, home internet: skipped because the rep decided the customer would say no.
- The customer leaves with a quote and nobody follows up. "Let me think about it" is the last anyone hears.
- Follow-up is a call list. Reps are handed names to text by hand, at month end, and most of it never gets done.
- Nobody knows what walked out. The missed offers never show up in a report, so the money leaves quietly.
After Retrier
- Every skipped offer gets a retry. The rep taps what they skipped, five seconds after the customer leaves.
- The customer gets a text the same day, then real quotes over the coming weeks. A summary of the visit first, then offers as they make sense. Every number comes from a calculator built on the carrier's plans, not from the AI.
- The close goes back to the rep. Ret answers questions, then hands the sale to the rep, who keeps the commission.
- You see the count every week. Texts sent, replies, sales back. You pay only when a sale comes back.
How a missed sale comes back.
Three offers never came up. The customer didn't say no. Nobody asked.

Offers a rep should make on every sale, and how many a tired rep actually pitches. Lines, upgrades, protection, accessories, home internet, perks, the card, trade-ins.

Our estimate. The pilot measures it.Pay only when a sale comes back.
No subscription in your first year. Retrier is priced on performance: a fee for each sale we bring back, and nothing when nothing comes back.
- $0 up front. We set it up in your store ourselves.
- A sale counts if it shows in your POS within 14 days of our text and was not on the first receipt. We agree the rule before anything else.
- Weekly report. Texts sent, replies, sales back.
- Your rep keeps the commission. Every recovered sale is logged to the rep who wrote the quote.
60 days. 2 to 5 stores.

Questions owners ask.
Does the customer know it's an AI?
Yes, every time. Ret introduces itself as the rep's AI assistant, texts from your store's own registered business number, and the customer has to text first and say YES before anything is sent.
Can the AI make up a price?
No. Every number comes from a calculator built on the carrier's plans, your offer menu and your price floors. The AI only writes the words, so it can't invent a discount.
Who gets the credit?
The rep who wrote the quote. Retrier is their assistant, not their replacement. The close goes back to them and so does the commission.
What do you need from us?
Three things: two stores with a manager who wants in, your offer menu and price floors, and a weekly sales export so we can match sales to texts.
What about our dealer agreement and carrier data?
In the pilot we use only what the customer and the rep give us. No carrier data until you tell us your agreement allows it. Texting runs 8am to 8pm, never more than three a day, and STOP works right away.
What does it cost after the pilot?
The same as the pilot for your first year: nothing up front and a fee per sale that comes back. After a year on performance pricing we may add a small monthly base per store. You would know well before it starts.
We already use a rep texting tool.
Keep it. Those tools give your reps a to-do list. Retrier does the to-do list, for the customers your reps never got to. Run us side by side in two stores and compare.
How fast can we start?
Next week. Pick the two stores and a day for us to come in and set up. If you'd rather start smaller, one store for 30 days works too.
